About the Opportunity

Lloyd Pro Group is seeking talented professionals to join our team in a unique environment that rewards performance!

You will have the opportunity to serve customers by working as an integral part of a team in the processing of payroll and payroll tax functions for a large number of clients while ensuring the successful and timely completion of tax payments and filings according to established practices and procedures and agency deadlines.

The Payroll Tax Specialist will be a key member of our team working closely with other departments internally to ensure paychecks include all deductions and are accurate in terms of pay wage and hours worked for a high volume number of employers.

" Certified Payroll Professional certification highly desired
" Minimum two years experience in large volume, multi-state payroll experience
" Minimum two years experience in tax reporting and correspondence at federal, state and local levels
" Experience in handling payroll needs for Unions in multi-states
" Ability to Interact with Clients of All Backgrounds/All Levels
" Exudes Self-Confidence & Inspires Confidence in Others
" Ability to Develop Strong Working Relationships with Clients
" Effective Written, Communication, & Time Management Skills
" Demonstrate Expert Knowledge of Features, Benefits, & Various Aspects of Payroll outsourcing
" Some level of Human Resources and Benefits knowledge required
" General Knowledge of Evolution software preferred
" Ability to work additional hours as needed
