Beware What You Put in Writing:  Emails and Text Messages Can and Will be Used Against You in Litigation

  • Emails and text messages are becoming one of the main pieces of evidence used in litigation against companies. When it may apply, certain steps should be taken to ensure that information is protected by the attorney/client privilege. This webinar will include recommendations for maintaining the attorney/client privilege and rules that should be put in place for how employees and managers communicate about company business.
